		<description>Sounds like no mention of insurance, incident tracking and claims handling (the black boxes contain accelerometers) either which is where a lot of the early investment (and returns) has been. Of course these are opt in systems (and track the car not the specific occupants though the driver can be) ostensibly to keep insurance premiums down and faciliate rapid respone. They are the ones that have pioneered what is possible. I share the concern about the privacy implications entirely but sadly an eCall type model always looked like a natural &#039;progression&#039;. You can just imagine the specious reasoning of the politicians and lobbyists......</description>
