It's a sweeping generalisation but you're probably reading this for one of two reasons. Either you've come here from a search engine link or a link from somewhere else on this site. If it's the second, then if you're looking for information on donating, then you're also in the right place. I'm not a professional software developer, but I used to be. I used to earn a living writing back end code for various flavours of UNIX and Linux using C and C++. Now I earn my living in a slightly different way. But I still write code. The code I do write is free and will always be free; there's no premium and light versions and the code contains no ads.
